You Work Directly With Me
Simply Built Co. is intentionally small. You work directly with Richard, the owner. I'm based in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, serve Tulsa-area businesses locally, and can build remotely for businesses elsewhere too.
I personally work on and oversee every Simply Built project, so I keep a small active build queue. If I'm full when you're ready, I'll tell you and give you the next available opening.

Do I pay anything upfront?
No. No deposit, no setup fee, nothing upfront. I build the website first, then you decide.
What if I don't like the website?
You tell me what isn't working and I fix it using the revision rounds included in the package. If you still don't want it after that, you don't buy it.
What exactly is included for $749?
Up to 5 pages, mobile-first design, a contact or lead form, social media integration, basic SEO setup, content organization, help writing or improving your copy, and two revision rounds — plus the launch extras listed above.
What does the 30-Day Launch Support Window cover?
For 30 days after launch I'll handle small corrections — fixing wording, swapping a photo, updating a phone number, correcting a link. It doesn't cover new pages, a redesign, new features, integrations, automation, or unlimited changes. Those are separate work, and I'll tell you the cost before doing any of it.
Can I make payments?
Yes — there are 3- and 6-month options. Payment plans cost more overall than paying in full, and the exact monthly amount and total are shown on the payment page before you check out.
Do I have to keep paying $50/month?
No. Website Care is $50/month and completely optional — you can cancel anytime. Once your website is paid for, it's yours either way.
Can you use my existing domain?
Yes, as long as you control it or can give me access. If that's not possible, I'll help you pick and connect a new one.
What if I only have a Facebook page or barely any content?
That's normal, and it's enough. We start with what exists — I help organize it and write the basics. If you have nothing at all, tell me what you do and we start there.
Will this guarantee more customers or a #1 Google ranking?
No — and no honest provider can promise that. What I focus on is clarity, trust, working well on a phone, and making it easy for someone to take the next step.
