When you fill out a form on this website, I collect what you type into it — for example your name, business name, email address, phone number, links you paste, notes you write, and any files you choose to upload. Nothing on the forms is collected unless you enter it and submit it.

When you arrive from an online ad or a link with tracking information in the web address, I also save that information alongside your request (for example the campaign name and the page you landed on) so I know where the request came from.

I use it to contact you about your website and to build what you asked for. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in this website's hosted database and file storage, which is provided by the platform this site is built on. That provider can technically access the data it hosts for me.

If you share feedback through the feedback form, nothing is published publicly unless you gave permission for it and I have approved it for publishing. Contact details you share there are never published.

Payments are processed by Stripe on the payment pages. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on this website.

This website does not currently load a third-party analytics or advertising tracking script. Internal page events are only sent somewhere if such a tool is added later, and this page will be updated if that changes.

I keep submissions so I can follow up and keep a record of the work. If you want your information deleted, email richard@simplybuiltco.com and I'll remove it.
